CTSO WorkReady is designed so teachers keep final records in their own district-controlled Google Sheet or Microsoft workbook. BCA hosts the front end; your school owns the data destination. HR views use Worker IDs to reduce exposure of full Student IDs.
What Teachers Get
Simple NFC clock-in/out, hour tracking, reflections, automated reports, certificates, reference letters, and year-end documentation—plus a student HR portal where upperclassmen and Lab Assistants practice real workplace leadership under teacher oversight.
